Hypnosis is probably best known for breaking habits such as smoking and helping to achieve weight loss, yet it has also been found to be incredibly effective in managing and reducing stress, fears and phobias, insomnia and the experience of pain. It has also been shown effective for improving motivation, memory, concentration, sports performance and self-confidence, and can help overcome test anxiety and the fear of public speaking.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a behavioral technology, which simply means that it is a set of guiding principles, attitudes, and techniques about real-life behavior. It allows you to change, adopt or eliminate behaviors, as you desire, and gives you the ability to choose your mental, emotional, and physical states of well-being. Sue finds that when NLP is combined with Hypnosis is incredibly effective.
