Massage Therapy

Massage-TherapyMassage has direct psychological and physiological benefits beyond relaxation. A deep tissue massage can alleviate aches and pains and reduce stress in the mind and body too, as well as break down toxins. Improved circulation means these toxins can be more easily removed from the body, while allowing nutrients to reach the cells.

Therapeutic massage can help people with a wide range of medical conditions including:

  • arthritis & sciatica
  • carpal tunnel syndrome
  • MS
  • digestive disorders
  • fibromyalgia
  • insomnia
  • myofascial pain
  • soft tissue damage
  • headaches & migraines

Massage is often used as an effective pain management tool as well as a treatment to improve the functioning of the lymphatic, muscular and nervous systems.
